AWEC Secures Shuangyong Elementary School and Underground Public Parking Construction Project
The project site is located in Xinyi District, Taipei City. The scope of work includes the reconstruction of existing school buildings and the construction of a new underground public parking facility. The development consists of multiple campus buildings with two basement levels and four above-ground floors, including an administration building, teaching facilities, a performing arts and library building, and a kindergarten. Underground public parking spaces will also be provided to enhance overall campus functionality and address surrounding parking demands.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) has been implemented for integrated project management. The project also incorporates green building principles and smart campus design concepts, aiming to create a safe, sustainable, and high-quality educational environment that meets modern learning needs.
