


AWEC Internship Program
Program Objectives
AWEC's Internship Program cultivates the next generation of construction professionals. In collaboration with universities and colleges, we provide hands-on learning opportunities while upholding our commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Eligibility
- Current students enrolled at domestic universities, applying via school recommendation or individual application.
- Eligible majors include Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or Occupational Safety. Applicants must be in their junior year or above (including master’s students; pre-master’s programs excluded).
- Academic and conduct requirements: last-semester conduct score ≥80; academic average ≥70; and no disciplinary record at or above a minor demerit.
Required Documents
- Personal statement
- Academic transcript and conduct record from the previous semester
- Proof of current enrollment
- Additional supporting materials (e.g., recommendation letters, certifications, volunteer service records)
