The project involves the development of a three-story underground parking structure below the existing park, guided by the principle of maximizing underground use while preserving and restoring the park above. The design increases parking supply while maintaining the park’s overall landscape quality. Due to soft soil conditions at the site, MHL diaphragm wall construction was adopted to ensure excavation stability. BIM technology was implemented to enhance structural and MEP coordination efficiency, and a comprehensive monitoring system was established to safeguard adjacent properties and preserve protected trees in their original locations.
