The project includes the renovation and reconstruction of school facilities, along with the development of a new underground public parking structure. All work is planned in accordance with current building and seismic codes to improve instructional and administrative spaces, while integrating MEP systems and energy-efficient design to support a better learning environment. The parking facility is fully underground to address local parking demand while preserving safe campus circulation and student access routes. Throughout construction, careful coordination was maintained to minimize impacts on school operations and the surrounding community, progressively improving overall campus functionality.
