The project included diaphragm wall construction, excavation and support systems, superstructure construction, as well as interior fit-out and MEP installation. Construction logistics and safety measures were carefully planned in coordination with surrounding roads and campus conditions. Through integrated structural engineering, quality management, and occupational health and safety systems—along with strengthened noise control, traffic management, and tree protection measures—the project successfully delivered a new student dormitory, improving campus living standards and functionality.
