A key construction package of a mountain tunnel project, advancing excavation at the western portal using the drill-and-blast method
Responsible for excavation of the eastbound and westbound main tunnels at the western work face, as well as extension of the pilot tunnel. Construction methods and support systems were continuously adjusted in response to on-site geological conditions to ensure structural safety and operational stability. The scope included main tunnel excavation and pilot tunnel extension, supported by comprehensive site management and schedule control to maintain steady project progress.
